Feel like privacy compliance has got you tied into knots?

You’re not alone: 2025 saw many privacy and compliance professionals struggle to keep pace with the rush of new laws, amendments, and enforcement actions. If you so much as blinked in the past year, you might be surprised to find that 2026 is already here–and with it, a whole new crop of privacy developments to understand, digest, and respond to.

That’s why Osano’s Chief Privacy & Trust Officer Rachael Ormiston is partnering with Troutman Pepper Locke’s Privacy + Cyber Associates Shelby Dolen and TK Lively to cover everything you need to know about privacy compliance in 2026.

At our January 15th webinar, you’ll learn:

  • The lessons we should take away from 2025’s privacy developments
  • Major features of the new California amendments and recently effective consumer privacy laws in Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Indiana
  • What recent privacy enforcement is telling us and what to expect in 2026

Don’t let yourself get entangled by the new year’s privacy complexity. Fill out the form, save your seat, and discover how to get and stay compliant in 2026.
