Claims Handling Issues and Bad Faith Developments to be Aware of in 2021

This panel will explain the traditional and emerging claims handling and legal issues in the Post-Pandemic world and evolving bad faith standards in state statutes and case law. Panelists will also discuss current legal standards, developments, and how to best try to make your claim file bulletproof from policyholders' and reinsurers' scrutiny and defend against the bad faith claim.
