Miles & Stockbridge's GovCon group is launching a new Space Law CLE Series. This unique three-part virtual CLE series will explore the rapidly evolving field of space law—culminating in an in-person cocktail reception where our guests can meet and network with other industry leaders in the space community.

  1. September 25: Space Law in the United States
    Overview of U.S. and international space law, regulatory bodies, and the lifecycle of a mission.
  2. October 9: Space-Related Export Controls
    A look at evolving EAR and ITAR regulations and their impact on commercial space ventures.
  3. October 23: Transitioning to a New Frontier
    Examine ethical issues related to transitioning from government to private sector in the new economy, and ethical considerations in space exploration, sustainability and ethics challenges unique to space.
