On June 11, 2024, RBN’s investigation confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to access a single employee’s email account on March 5, 2024, which was terminated on May 15, 2024. After learning that sensitive consumer data was accessible to an unauthorized party, RBN Insurance Services reviewed the compromised files to determine what information was leaked and which consumers were impacted. RBN completed this process on September 12, 2024.
