H2Ozarks announced in the January Basin Bulletin that it is accepting applications for its Mill Creek Cost-Share program (“Program”).

The Program is stated to provide landowners with financial and technical support for conservation practices that benefit both their land and water resources.

The announcement references:

  • Mill Creek area (a.k.a. Flatrock Creek).
  • Dogpatch Springs Recharge area (including part of the Crooked Creek area).

H2Ozarks states that eligible landowners could receive 80-100% cost coverage up to a maximum of $7,500 for eligible projects such as:

  • Livestock fencing.
  • Prescribed burns.
  • Streambank stabilization.
