California Plans to Regulate Commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems

As part of its efforts to reduce greenhouse gases, California's Air Resources Board ("ARB") has proposed regulations on the operation of air conditioning and other refrigeration systems with more than 50 pounds of a high greenhouse warming potential ("high- GWP") refrigerant.

You may want to provide comments on the regulations or participate in the next workshop on the latest draft regulations to be held in early 2009.
