Court filing by Lady Gaga's former personal assistant, Jennifer O'Neill, claiming failure to pay overtime and premium wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

According to the filing, O'Neill's primary job duties included, but were not limited to: reviewing credit card statements, ordering meals, ensuring meals served at proper times, ensuring availability of chosen outfits, and "ensuring promptness of a towel following a shower."

"Plaintiff was on duty during all hours of each twenty-four hour, with no entitlement to breaks, or meals or otherwise, or at times, even sleep."

O'Neill is claiming hundreds of thousands of dollars owed to her.

I sure would love someone to ensure the promptness of my towel after a shower because - oh, wait, right: that's what the towel hook is for...
