Napa County’s Draft Climate Action Plan

AB 32 requires all California cities and counties to adopt a Climate Action Plan that provides a baseline inventory of green house gas (GHG) emissions from all sources in that jurisdiction, as well as strategies for reducing those emissions to 1990 levels by 2020.
