Practice/Organization Description

Hatch Law Office is a full service United States immigration law firm. Our office provides expert counsel and representation for many types of immigration cases. Our office has expertise in a full-range of immigration topics, including employment-based, family-based, and removal defense. Our clients benefit from our broad knowledge set as we can develop individual, creative strategies for each client’s unique situation.

At Hatch Law Office, we work closely with each client to make an otherwise intimidating process smooth and worry-free. Clients work directly with Attorney Patrick J. Hatch. Mr. Hatch advocates for each client based on his clear commitment to defend immigrants’ rights ethically and justly.

Prior to founding the Hatch Law Office, Patrick gained hands-on legal experience at some of the nation's most prestigious immigration law practices. During law school, he learned immigration litigation, which included writing successful briefs for appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 8th, and 9th Circuits, at the Yerman Group in New York City. Upon graduation, Patrick worked as an Associate at Akst & Akst, a premier full service immigration firm in New York City. He handled all types of family-based and employment-based immigration cases, including many PERM cases. Upon moving to North Carolina, Patrick worked as the Lead Attorney at Linnartz Law Office, where he trained in removal defense under Board Certified Immigration Specialist Hans Christian Linnartz. When Mr. Linnartz chose to teach full-time at Duke Law School, Patrick took over Mr. Linnartz's caseload and began the Hatch Law Office.
