Practice/Organization Description

My practice is concentrated on the representation of military personnel and federal government sector employees. I have represented federal employees before the Merit Systems Protection Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Office of Special Counsel and in court before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Having served as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army and currently serving as a Major in the New York National Guard, I have a very vested interest in the rights of military men and women.

The firm Tully Rinckey PLLC has two branches, one in Albany and one in Washington D.C. We represent people in a variety of practice areas including criminal law, family law, estate planning, and military law.
