Practice/Organization Description

I have practiced nearly ten years as a litigation attorney for large international law firms, most of that time in San Francisco. As a litigator representing Fortune 500 companies and governmental entities, I have handled a significant caseload with responsibility for all phases of case strategy, workup and trial preparation. I have successfully litigated and preared dozens of jury and bench trials involving commercial law, insurance coverage, labor and employment law, business torts and land use issues. I successfully tried (as second chair) a multi-million-dollar inverse condemnation action against the City of Dana Point, obtaining a defense verdict in May 2007.
