Practice/Organization Description

I represent clients in the resolution of complex business immigration law issues facing businesses and employees in the rapidly developing Southeastern United States in various industries and fields including automotive, manufacturing, information technology, healthcare, engineering, etc.

My pracice includes the preparation of temporary work visas (H-1B, H-3, L-1, J-1, E-1/E-2, E-3 and O-1 visa status), labor certification applications, and employment sponsored permanent work visas for multinational executives and managers, applicants with extraordinary ability, outstanding professors/researchers, Schedule A workers, professionals and skilled workers.

A large part of my practice also includes consulting with businesses regarding available immigration options, appropriate visa classifications, visa processing issues, I-9 compliance/employment verification, and E-Verify. I also provide targeted immigration compliance and I-9 trainings for corporate clients.
