Practice/Organization Description

I counsel and defend management in all facets of labor, employment, OSHA, and immigration law. My representation extends from counseling clients on everyday issues to fighting for them during negotiations, administrative hearings, trials, and everything in between.

I have a reputation as a skilled management-side labor lawyer who advises and represents clients on every aspect of dealing with labor unions. Simply put, there is hardly an area of labor relations that I have not experienced.

My employment law, OSHA, and immigration experience seamlessly complement my labor practice. For employment law, I have handled discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, hostile work environment claims, breach of contract issues, wage matters, and others.

OSHA regulations cover most companies, including office settings, though few consider how OSHA impacts their workspaces. I help companies remain compliant with OSHA regulations, assist them during OSHA investigations, and represent them during OSHA litigation.

Employers also frequently overlook immigration laws. Most every worker in the United States is covered by immigration regulations. I ensure companies abide by these regulations for American-born workers, and assist both companies and workers in obtaining various types of visas, establishing residence, and obtaining U.S. citizenship.

Above all, I truly embody the title “counselor at law.” I proactively keep my clients abreast of the latest legislation or court ruling that could affect their business and strategically guide them in reacting to those changes. Because an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure, I routinely review corporate policies and procedures to ensure companies implement best practices regarding labor relations, hiring, work rules, safety, disciplining, and terminating employees. Business owners and human resource departments regularly use me as a sounding board – just to make sure they’re doing things right.
