Practice/Organization Description

From 1993 through 2003, Mr. Midden worked as a computer consultant for CSC Consulting, Orion Consulting, SSi North America, and Valinor Consulting. Mr. Midden consulted various businesses on emerging technologies during the 90's and eventually moved into web-based implementations of various business applications. Mr. Midden has experience working in the insurance industry, financial industry, and manufacturing. Mr. Midde earned an MBA from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, with a focus on international strategy. From 2003-2006 Mr. Midden attended William Mitchell College of Law and passed the Minnesota Bar in 2006. Mr. Midden now practices corporate law at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly where he focuses on corporate financings and technology licensing agreements.
