He has also tried hundreds of arbitrations across the nation and has successfully resolved hundreds of matters through settlement and mediation.

Mr. Roth is admitted before all state and federal courts in New York, the 2nd, 3rd and 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the the United States Supreme Court.
