Practice/Organization Description

I manage a ten-lawyer law firm (staff of 40) and have extensive experience in all facets of immigration and nationality law.

Primarily focusing in business immigration matters, I represent, advise and provide legal strategy to companies ranging from small to Fortune 200 organizations in various industries including healthcare, restaurant, petroleum, manufacturing, construction, research, religion, technology, and education. Providing comprehensive legal representation for over a decade, I have obtained temporary work visas and lawful permanent residency for individuals and their families, and have provided corporate counsel on issues ranging from mergers and acquisitions to Department of Labor (DOL) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) audits. I have successfully represented clients in an array of professions including researchers, professors, international executives and managers, investors, engineers, IT professionals, accountants, Roman Catholic priests, Hebrew instructors, nuns, ministers, national security experts, medical doctors, nurses, physical therapists, teachers, athletes, circus performers, construction workers, airplane mechanics, landscapers, and chefs.

The firm represents individuals and organizations before U.S. federal agencies including the Dept. of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, Dept. of Labor, Dept. of State (all U.S. consulates/embassies), and the Administrative Appeals Office. The firm also litigates before the Exec.Office for Immigration Review, Fifth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Our Main Office is located across the parking lot from the USCIS building in San Antonio, Texas. Our Downtown Office is in the same building as the Immigration Courts. We have satellite offices in Austin and San Angelo, Texas.
