Our clients are manufacturers, importers and brand owners supplying food, beverages and dietary supplements to supermarkets and online. We represent companies with sales totaling billions of dollars per year and others much more modest. Some of our clients are Aldi Supermarkets, Legendary Foods and Crown Prince seafood.
In one notable class action brought against Trader Joe’s that had been raging for months, we entered the case, made a motion to dismiss, and had the matter quickly thrown out of federal court. In a food trade secret case, we won a $28 million judgment and the only permanent food technology injunction in California history.
