Libya -
On June 26th, Reuters reported that Ahmed Abu Khattalah, the suspected leader of the September 2012 attacks on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, was due to arrive in the U.S. over the weekend. Since his capture, Khattalah had been held on the USS New York for questioning. He will be tried in U.S. District Court in Washington, DC.
