Plaintiff Agel Enterprises, LLC's confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement and Policies and Procedures manual both established Plaintiff's team lists as proprietary trade secrets. Defendants, who had signed both documents, left Plaintiff’s employ and emailed those on Plaintiff's team list, allegedly causing a loss of 1,000 to 2,000 distributors. Plaintiff sued Defendants and requested a preliminary injunction preventing any further emails from Plaintiff's list.
