I. Certificate of Need Program -

A. AL2022-033, North Alabama Specialty Hospital, LLC, Huntsville, AL: Proposes to add sixteen (16) long term acute care (LTAC) beds to its existing thirty-one (31) bed LTAC hospital in Limestone County, Alabama, that will be relocated to an existing hospital campus in Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama, Region II for a total of forty-seven (47) LTAC beds. Opposition: None. Approved.

B. AL2023-002, Thomasville Regional Medical Center, LLC, Thomasville, AL: Proposes to initiate a Swing Bed Program by certifying ten (10) of its acute care beds into the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Swing Bed Program. Opposition: None. Approved.
