AL2022-027, Fresenius Medical Care McCalla, LLC d/b/a Fresenius Medical Care McCalla, Bessemer, AL: Proposes to expand the existing End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) treatment facility consisting of thirteen (13) in-center hemodialysis stations, including one (1) isolation station, through the addition of four (4) in-center hemodialysis stations, for a total of seventeen (17) stations. The four (4) hemodialysis stations would be relocated from RCG Southside, an ESRD facility previously operated by Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc., in Jefferson County that ceased operations in January 2022.
