A. AL2021-053, The Clubhouse Autism & Developmental Learning Center, LLC, Jackson, AL: Proposes to establish a multi-specialty outpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility providing speech and occupational therapy services in Jackson, Clarke County, Alabama. Opposition: None. Approved.

B. AL2022-003, USA Health University Hospital, Mobile, AL: proposes to expand the existing surgical services at USA Health University Hospital that currently operates eleven (11) inpatient operating rooms, four (4) outpatient operating rooms, through the addition of four (4) new operating rooms, one (1) new hybrid operating room, and a post anesthesia care unit (PACU). The proposed expansion will not add any beds to the hospital’s licensed capacity. Opposition: None. Approved.
