Last Wednesday, Lawyers for Civil Justice filed its amicus brief in Campbell-Ewald Corp. v. Gomez, the case in which the Supreme Court will finally rule on whether Rule 68 offers of judgment (or equivalent settlement offers) can moot a class action.
