On June 24, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) issued a proposed amendment to delay the effective date of the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Act, also known as the Know Before You Owe mortgage disclosure rule, until October 3, 2015. The delay is largely due to an administrative error that was made in the rule disclosure and review process. Press Release. Proposed Rule.
