CFTC to Hold Open Meeting to Consider Proposed Customer Funds Protection Rules


The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has announced that it will hold a public meeting to consider proposed rules that would enhance protections afforded customers and customer funds held by futures commission merchants and derivatives clearing organizations.
