New York: On July 6, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo issued Executive Order No. 202.48, addressing the continued temporary suspension and modification of laws relating to the disaster emergency. As of July 6, the suspension of Insurance Law and Banking law provisions by virtue of Executive Order No. 202.13 are not continued and such rules and regulations are in full force and effect as of July 7, 2020. Executive Order 202.13 created the initial 60-day moratorium on cancellations/nonrenewals.
