COVID-19 Update: Canadian Intellectual Property Office deadlines extended until July 6, 2020

In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) has further extended patent, trademark, and industrial design deadlines fixed under the relevant legislation. Deadlines through Friday July 3, 2020 are now extended until Monday July 6, 2020.

CIPO may decide to extend deadlines further, depending how circumstances evolve. Further details may be found on the CIPO website here.
