In March 2020, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) published consultation paper CP 20/3 concerning proposals to enhance climate-related disclosures by listed issuers and clarification of existing disclosure obligations. The consultation period is currently set to close on 1 October 2020.
