he Consent Order prevents Efficient Labs from making representations that Efficient's Venoflash product can remove clogs in the circulatory system, treat varicose veins, or treat the symptoms of hemorrhoids. It also requires Efficient to maintain copies of all advertisements that contained the prohibited representations and make them available to the FTC for inspection and copying for 5 years from the date of the decree.
