The University of Findlay, Tiffin University, and Bricker Graydon LLP are offering a highly engaging two-day Title IX workshop appropriate for all members of your Title IX team. The two-day intensive will be held on the University of Findlay’s campus on July 10 and 11, 2023. During this training, we will complete a mock investigation and hearing, decide the case, and then walk through an appeal. Attendees will receive a sample Notice of Investigation, Formal Complaint, Investigative Report, and Written Decision related to the mock scenario, time will also be spent discussing the structure and drafting of interview summaries, reports, and decisions. Finally, the training will cover sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking, as well as, other annual training requirements under the Clery regulations. Attendance at these trainings is limited to employees of higher education institutions and other individuals who provide services to those institutions. Individuals who are not employed by an institution will not be permitted to attend without prior approval.
