FLORIDA PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE’S AFFIDAVIT related to liens under Florida Statute 733.608. The Florida Personal Representative states that he/she has not advanced any monies for the benefit of the homestead of the decedent, nor incurred obligations to preserve, maintain, insure, or protect the property. This affidavit should be obtained and recorded when purchasing Florida real estate from a Florida Probate.
