- Nongshim, a South Korean food and beverage company, announced that it is investing $7.4 million in developing foodtech startups and technologies.
- Smuckers announced that it is selling four condiments businesses – Bick’s pickles, Habitant pickled beets, Woodman’s horseradish and McLarens pickled onions brands – to TreeHouse Foods for $20 million.
- Umiami, a French plant-based foodtech company, announced that it raised 32.5 million Euros in its Series A financing.
