- Reshape, a Danish biotech startup that develops lab automation robots, announced that it has raised $20 million in Series A funding.
- Weenat, a French agtech company that aims to use data to combat water scarcity and climate change, announced that it has raised €8.5 million in Series C funding.
- Windfall Bio, a California-based climate solutions startup, announced that it has raised $28 million in Series A funding.
- Peptobiotics, a biotech startup that provides an alternative to antibiotics in commercial use, announced it has raised $6.2 million in Series A funding.

This week's featured corporate venture and private equity fund is McCain Foods.
- McCain Foods is based in Toronto, Canada and is the world’s largest manufacturer of frozen potato products. It also produces other quality products such as appetizers, vegetables and desserts that can be found in restaurants and retail stores in more than 160 countries around the world.
