Attached please find the updated Foreign Listed Stock Index Futures and Options Approvals Chart, current as of October 29, 2019. All prior versions are superseded and should be discarded. Please note that since we last distributed the Approvals Chart, Eurex Exchange announced that the MSCI Indonesia index futures contract shall be deemed a narrow-based index. Accordingly, the CFTC no longer has exclusive jurisdiction over the contract in the United States and is expected to withdraw the certification of the contract. As a result, the MSCI Indonesia index futures contract may only be offered and sold to U.S. persons in compliance with the applicable requirements of both the SEC and the CFTC.
