As part of TexasBarCLE’s “Handling Your First (or Next)” series, Jackson Walker partner Amy Osberg Roberts presented a discussion on “Who Is the Client? Operative Documents, Necessary Parties, and Knowing Your Limits” in oil and gas cases.

Held on December 5, 2018, the course was designed to address the needs of new law practitioners and established attorneys who may be new to the oil and gas field. TexasBarCLE co-sponsored the event with the Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
