On March 22nd Bishop Michael J. Bransfield urged West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin (D) to expand the state’s Medicaid program. In a letter sent to the Governor, the leader of the West Virginia diocese said that state health policy must protect the voiceless and vulnerable.
