Over the past week, states across the country have released decisions on moving forward with the implementation of health insurance exchanges under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). While the Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius recently provided states with additional time to make exchange declarations, many states elected to announce their decisions on the original, November 16th deadline.
