Excerpt from Implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA)

On May 21st the Government Accountability Office (GAO) issued a report finding that the small employer insurance tax credit in the ACA is not large enough to entice many employers to apply.

On May 23rd the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced that it would be providing $4.9 million to support family-to-family health information centers. The funding, provided by the ACA, will go to nonprofits "run by and for families with children with special health care needs."
