CMS Holds Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Oversight and Enforcement Conference – On June 24, 2014, CMS offered an in-person program that instructed Medicare Advantage and Part D providers as to how they could best prepare for a CMS performance audit.  Topics included CMS’s audit strategy and data-driven approach, as well as a mock audit and summary of CMS enforcement actions.  More information is available here and here.
