Counter-Terrorism International sanctions guidance published On 3 May, the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs published statutory guidance, as required by section 43 of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, in relation to the Counter Terrorism (International Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 published in the event of a no-deal Brexit. The guidance outlines the prohibitions and requirements contained in the Regulation.
