It’s that time of year to prepare for minimum wage increases and update workplace posters.  Beginning July 1, minimum wage rates throughout Oregon increase, to $13.25 for Portland Metro, $11.50 for Nonurban Counties, and $12.75 as Standard. Don’t forget that Oregon OSHA still requires employers to post the COVID-19 Hazards Poster, which is available here. We recently discussed Oregon OSHA’s other COVID-19 rules, which will sunset when they are no longer necessary to address the COVID-19 pandemic.
