It might be worth considering the source (a big TPA wanting to sell wellness plans) but nonetheless this one is interesting. Aetna found significant success in a wellness program specifically targeted to individuals at risk for metabolic syndrome. (Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine) Our guess is that big data and wellness will start merging soon.
