New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (“AT&T”) proposes to install a 130’ monopole telecommunications tower at 518 Stewart Road South, Mount Holly, VT, Parcel ID: 11A2001.00, on property owned by Raymond C. Tarbell and Linda M. Tarbell, as stated in a Section 248a Advance Notice dated June 21, 2019 and provided to statutory parties and adjoining landowners. The Project will allow capabilities for FirstNet, a nationwide interoperable network for first responders, as well as improving AT&T coverage in Mt. Holly. The tower is proposed for the same location as previously approved by the Vermont Public Service Board on March 9, 2011 (see Docket 7710).

A balloon test was conducted on Monday, July 22, 2019 between 9am and 1pm. The balloon was flown at a height of 130’ in order to produce photo simulations documenting the project’s visibility.
