New Gulf Resources, LLC and three of its affiliates, which own, manage, and operate upstream energy projects in Southeast Texas, have commenced cases under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code by filing petitions with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  Additional documents will be available from Prime Clerk LLC.
