While this training includes instruction on the grievance and appeal processes required by the new Title IX regulations, it is not district-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.

Level 2: K-12 Title IX investigator training

This advanced-level virtual training course takes a deeper dive into the formal grievance process, including mechanics of conducting an investigation. This session includes interactive training with discussion of real-world scenarios.

*Participants must have completed Level 1 training to attend this course.
