Title IX Regulations Training (K-12)

The final Title IX regulations have been released. How will the new requirements affect your policies and procedures? Join Bricker & Eckler attorneys for a series of trainings to learn how to remain compliant.

Note that Level 1 registration fees are $40 and Level 2 registration fees are $100. Decision-maker with live hearing registration fees are $200. Registrants for the six level-defined sessions will receive a discount ($450 total). Registrants for the six level-defined sessions including the decision-maker & live hearing training will receive a discount ($550 total).

*Training materials will be provided to attendees to post on their websites in compliance with the new Title IX Regulation Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). While this training includes instruction on the grievance and appeal processes required by the new Title IX regulations, it is not district-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.

Level 2: K-12 Title IX decision-maker & live hearing training

This advanced-level virtual training course satisfies the training requirements of the new Title IX Regulations for a decision-maker and provides the tools and practice to serve as a decision-maker in a live cross-examination hearing, and to issue written decisions. (Note that institutions must provide training on their own policies, as well as on hearing technology to decision-makers.)
