Midwest Regional ESC Title IX Training

Join Bricker & Eckler education attorneys for a series of trainings to learn how to remain compliant when it comes to Title IX regulations.

The cost to attend both days of training is $300. If you prefer to only attend the Level 2 training session on October 29, the cost is $200.

Attendees are unable to solely attend the TItle IX Refresher course.

Title IX Level 2: Decision-Maker & Investigator Report Writing

This advanced-level full-day training course focuses on requirements for the decision-making process and the appeal process, with a particular focus on relevancy and evidentiary issues when serving as a decision-maker for a Title IX matter. This training will also cover an in-depth review of report writing for both investigators and decision-makers and provide opportunities for your district’s Title IX team members to seek answers to their pressing questions.
