Reverse Veil Piercing and the Religious Rights of For-Profit Employers: An Article Review


A number of companies have challenged the HHS mandate's requirements on contraceptive services because of religious objections to contraception or abortifacients. Some of these cases are brought by closely-held for-profit companies. This post discusses Stephen Bainbridge's article on reverse veil piercing, which proposes an analytical framework for addressing these constitutional rights.
