This is a transcript of the oral argument on 12/06/2011 before the Spotsylvania, Virginia Circuit Court upon the Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment and Defendant's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment. The Plaintiff sued upon a non-compete clause contained in a business sales contract. The Plaintiff's motion was denied and the Defendant's motion was granted dismissing the Plaintiff's Complaint with prejudice.
