The District Court held that documents that are not unduly burdensome to produce and respond to appropriately tailored document requests must be produced. Omnitrition had responded to the plaintiff's document requests with general complaints that compliance would be unduly burdensome. The District Court responded by ordering the production of documents, unless a specific showing could be made as to why the production of the specific documents in question could not be efficiently produced.
